cloud - PaaS provider for Grails application for production use -

i have application developed grails 2.5.1 , need paas provider deploy production use , must got these options :

  1. smtp server application needs send emails
  2. preferred have access file system not necessary
  3. mysql db
  4. able deploy php applications in it.
  5. easy deploy application's packages on
  6. good customer support

some adviced jelastic , unfortunately don't have smtp server , , heroku deploying in little bit hard.

any recommendations?
